  2. Place the zucchini noodles on a microwave-safe plate, sprinkle with sea salt, and microwave for about 3 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spread zoodles on a baking sheet, lightly sprinkle with salt, and bake for about 15 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Add zucchini noodles and season with salt and pepper; sauté for about 3 minutes.
