Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Make a small slit down one side of each date and remove the pit.
  2. Slice the Brie cheese into 12 small pieces to fit into each date's pocket. Set it aside.
  3. Toast chopped walnuts in the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 3–5 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  4. Air fry bacon or prosciutto at 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes until partially cooked.
  5. Stuff each date with a piece of Brie and top with toasted walnuts. Optionally add crushed red pepper flakes.
  6. Wrap each stuffed date with bacon or prosciutto if using. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  7. Air fry the stuffed dates at 350°F (175°C) for 6–10 minutes until Brie is melted and dates are heated through.
  8. Remove from air fryer, drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt and fresh herbs.
