- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Make a small slit down one side of each date and remove the pit.
- Slice the Brie cheese into 12 small pieces to fit into each date's pocket. Set it aside.
- Toast chopped walnuts in the air fryer at 300°F (150°C) for 3–5 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Air fry bacon or prosciutto at 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes until partially cooked.
- Stuff each date with a piece of Brie and top with toasted walnuts. Optionally add crushed red pepper flakes.
- Wrap each stuffed date with bacon or prosciutto if using. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Air fry the stuffed dates at 350°F (175°C) for 6–10 minutes until Brie is melted and dates are heated through.
- Remove from air fryer, drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt and fresh herbs.
