Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all your ingredients and have a 9"x13" baking dish ready.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, a beaten egg, Italian seasoning, kosher salt, and black pepper. Stir until creamy.
- Lightly spray the bottom of your baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom.
- Layer no-boil lasagna noodles over the marinara sauce, followed by a layer of cheese mixture, then marinara. Repeat for 4 to 6 layers.
- Cover the baking dish with oiled foil and bake for 35 minutes.
- After 35 minutes, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Bake uncovered for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
- Let the lasagna rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped fresh basil and parsley.
