Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine drained cottage cheese and seasoned breadcrumbs. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan if using. Stir until mixed.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and shape them into small tot shapes.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the shaped tots in a single layer.
  5. Air fry the tots for 12-15 minutes, turning gently at halfway through.
  6. Remove the tots from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
