Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare tomatoes by halving or dicing them into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over and let drain in a colander for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, olive oil, vinegar, honey or stevia, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer drained tomatoes to a large bowl, gently fold in basil, and pour the dressing over. Toss lightly without bruising the tomatoes.
