- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, instant coffee, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir the mixture well until everything is evenly combined.
- Cover your bowl tightly with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and optional maple syrup until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Take your chilled oat mixture from the fridge and divide it evenly into 4 jars or serving bowls.
