  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt Regular or non-dairy yogurt works well

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, instant coffee, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir the mixture well until everything is evenly combined.
  2. Cover your bowl tightly with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and optional maple syrup until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Take your chilled oat mixture from the fridge and divide it evenly into 4 jars or serving bowls.
  5. Add a layer of the yogurt mixture on top of the oats in each jar, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  6. Dust the top of each jar with cocoa powder just before serving.
  7. Serve chilled from the mason jars for a convenient grab-and-go breakfast.
