Ingredients
  

For the Batter
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
For Sweet Fillings
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit Berries or bananas
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Sauce For drizzling
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream For topping
For Savory Fillings
  • 1 cup Cheese Goat cheese or mozzarella
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh or cooked
  • 1 cup Cooked Meats Ham or chicken

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a blender, combine the all-purpose flour, eggs, whole milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend for 15-20 seconds until smooth.
  2. Allow the crepe batter to rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Preheat a nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat with a small amount of butter or oil.
  4. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of crepe batter into the hot skillet, tilting and swirling to spread.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  6. Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and cover with a towel to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter.
  7. Fill crepes with your favorite sweet or savory ingredients and serve warm or at room temperature.
