- In a blender, combine the all-purpose flour, eggs, whole milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend for 15-20 seconds until smooth.
- Allow the crepe batter to rest for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat with a small amount of butter or oil.
- Pour approximately 1/4 cup of crepe batter into the hot skillet, tilting and swirling to spread.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift and bottom is golden. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and cover with a towel to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Fill crepes with your favorite sweet or savory ingredients and serve warm or at room temperature.
