  • 1 bar Hershey Bar Pieces any chocolate bar can be used

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Beat the softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract and then the eggs, one at a time.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture on low speed until just combined.
  6. Fold in the milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
  7. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and lay out the graham crackers in a single layer.
  8. Spread the cookie dough over the graham crackers, leaving space for rising.
  9. Bake for 5 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle the Hershey bar pieces and remaining marshmallows on top and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  11. Allow to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
  12. Lift the bars from the pan using the parchment paper and slice into squares.
