Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Gather your ingredients and prepare a sheet pan.
  2. Toss the broccoli florets with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  3. Slice the chicken sausage into bite-sized pieces and combine it with the roasted broccoli.
  4. Increase the oven temperature to 450ºF (232ºC) and add the frozen tortellini, red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Stir in half of the grated parmesan cheese into the tortellini mixture.
  6. Grease the sheet pan with olive oil and pour the tortellini and sausage mixture onto it, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake at 450ºF for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese melts and edges are golden.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top. Serve with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired.
