- Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Gather your ingredients and prepare a sheet pan.
- Toss the broccoli florets with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Slice the chicken sausage into bite-sized pieces and combine it with the roasted broccoli.
- Increase the oven temperature to 450ºF (232ºC) and add the frozen tortellini, red pepper flakes, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Stir in half of the grated parmesan cheese into the tortellini mixture.
- Grease the sheet pan with olive oil and pour the tortellini and sausage mixture onto it, spreading it evenly.
- Bake at 450ºF for about 12-15 minutes until the cheese melts and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top. Serve with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired.
