Preparation Steps

  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your baking dish or skillet for the next steps.
  4. Grease your chosen baking dish or skillet with vegetable oil for easy release.
  5. Place the marinated chicken thighs skin-side up in the greased dish. Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken.
  6. Transfer the dish to the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Broil for an additional 3-5 minutes for extra crispy skin, watching closely.
