Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, combine salt, onion powder, black pepper, dried oregano, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. Pat dry thoroughly. Coat with olive oil and half of the spice mix. Spread on a baking tray.
  3. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Bake the chips for 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add beef mince and remaining spice mix. Cook until browned.
  5. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and pickle juice. Mix until smooth.
  6. Assemble the bowls: Start with chips, then layer beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce.
