Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot over low heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Stir continuously for about 2-3 minutes until fully liquid and frothy.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add in 4 cups of mini marshmallows and stir on low heat for another 2-3 minutes until the marshmallows melt into a smooth mixture.
  3. Remove the pot from heat and add a few drops of green food coloring, stirring well until the color is evenly distributed.
  4. Gently fold in 3 cups of Rice Krispies cereal to the green marshmallow mixture, ensuring every piece is thoroughly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan and press down firmly and evenly. Allow to cool for about 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
