  1. Prepare the shrimp by rinsing under cold water. Peel and devein if necessary.

  4. Chop cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, fold together the cooled shrimp, vegetables, and fresh herbs.
