  • 1 cup fresh spinach Chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese Crumble or diced
  • 1/4 cup milk Any kind
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, crumbled feta, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the egg muffins are set and lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
  7. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
