- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Season salmon filets with salt and black pepper.

- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
- Flip salmon and pour honey garlic mixture over each filet.
- Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
