Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Mash 2-3 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth with some chunks.
  3. Mix in 1/3 cup of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Whisk in 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, and 1/3 cup of brown sugar.
  5. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, stirring gently until no flour streaks remain.
  6. Fold in 1 cup of chopped Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
