- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the thawed bananas in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
- Add sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the banana mixture, folding gently.
- Fold in blueberries and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan, smoothing the top. Optional: sprinkle more blueberries and nuts on top.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
