Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 475–500°F (245–260°C) and heat the pizza stone if using.
  2. Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon zest and juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a jar; shake well.
  3. Roll out or stretch the pizza dough into a round shape of 10-12 inches in diameter.
  4. Spoon two-thirds of the citrus-herb oil over the dough's surface.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese on top, allowing gaps for lemon flavor. Optionally, add thin lemon slices.
  6. Bake the pizza on a preheated stone or sheet for 8-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Drizzle remaining oil and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley before slicing and serving.
