- Combine olive oil, garlic, lemon zest and juice, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a jar; shake well.
- Roll out or stretch the pizza dough into a round shape of 10-12 inches in diameter.
- Spoon two-thirds of the citrus-herb oil over the dough's surface.
- Add mozzarella cheese on top, allowing gaps for lemon flavor. Optionally, add thin lemon slices.
- Bake the pizza on a preheated stone or sheet for 8-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Drizzle remaining oil and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley before slicing and serving.
