- Begin by lining an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal later.
- In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir over low heat for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, orange zest, and a pinch of salt.
- Carefully fold in most of the dried cranberries, reserving a handful for topping.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle the reserved cranberries on top and optionally dust with more orange zest.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours or until fully set.
- Once set, lift out of the pan and cut into small squares.
