  1. Prepare the sushi rice according to your preferred method, letting it cool slightly for about 10 minutes.
  2. Chop the imitation crab into small pieces and combine with Kewpie mayonnaise. Add Sriracha if desired.
  3. Lay a sheet of nori on the sushi mat, spread sushi rice, and layer the filling. Roll tightly.
