Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let this mixture sit for 5-10 minutes until it froths.
  2. Mix in the salt and gradually incorporate the all-purpose flour, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
  5. Blend pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth.
