  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
For the Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips can substitute for dark chocolate
  • 1 cup Shelled Pistachios roughly chopped

  4. Blend in the pudding mix, then add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
  7. Scoop dough balls onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart, and bake for 9-11 minutes.
  8. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
