Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels, season with salt, pepper, and spices.
  2. Sear the Chicken (Optional): Heat a skillet, add oil, and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: Sauté diced onion for 3-4 minutes, add minced garlic, and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Prepare Sauce Base: Mix cream soups, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  5. Slow Cook Chicken & Sauce: Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
  6. Shred the Chicken: Remove chicken, shred, and return it to the slow cooker.
  7. Cook the Spaghetti: Boil spaghetti until al dente for 7-9 minutes, then drain.
  8. Combine Spaghetti and Cheese: Add spaghetti, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar to the slow cooker and stir.
  9. Final Slow Cook: Top with remaining cheddar and cook on LOW for another 30-60 minutes.
  10. Rest and Serve: Let the dish rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
