Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt and 2 eggs, whisking until smooth.
  3. Add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of ground flaxseed, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to the bowl. Stir gently until just combined.
  4. Fold in your choice of add-ins, such as 1 cup of shredded cheese, diced ham, or chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Using a scoop or spoon, place approximately 1/3 cup of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space between each portion.
  6. Sprinkle reserved shredded cheese over the top of each biscuit.
  7. Bake for approximately 25 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
