- In a small bowl, mix together kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a flavorful seasoning blend.
- Pat the boneless skinless chicken thighs dry using paper towels and rub the seasoning mix on both sides.
- Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Add the seasoned chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes without moving them.
- Flip the chicken thighs and reduce heat to medium-low; cook for an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey until smooth.
- Remove chicken from skillet and cover with foil. Pour the Bang Bang sauce into the skillet and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet and coat them with the warm Bang Bang sauce; garnish with chopped green onions.
