Cooking Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix together kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a flavorful seasoning blend.
  2. Pat the boneless skinless chicken thighs dry using paper towels and rub the seasoning mix on both sides.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes without moving them.
  5. Flip the chicken thighs and reduce heat to medium-low; cook for an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey until smooth.
  7. Remove chicken from skillet and cover with foil. Pour the Bang Bang sauce into the skillet and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Return the chicken thighs to the skillet and coat them with the warm Bang Bang sauce; garnish with chopped green onions.
