- Pour milk into a shallow bowl for dipping Oreos.
- Dip each Oreo cookie into the milk for 2-3 seconds.
- Arrange 30 dipped Oreos in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
- Spread one tub of thawed Cool Whip over the cookies.
- Dip another 30 Oreos and layer them over the Cool Whip.
- Cover these cookies with another tub of Cool Whip.
- Top off with a final layer of Cool Whip.
- Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
- Slice the Oreo Icebox Cake into squares and serve it cold.
