Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and baking tools.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed chocolate cookies, melted butter, and sugar. Press into springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add sugar, then eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla, sour cream, and melted chocolate.
  4. Blend strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Reserve some puree for decoration.
  5. Pour chocolate filling over cooled crust. Add spoonfuls of strawberry puree and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Leave in the oven for 1 hour to cool gradually.
  7. Cool to room temperature. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Remove from the springform pan. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate ganache, or fresh strawberries. Serve.
