Preparation Steps
- Combine warm milk, active dry yeast, and granulated sugar. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Mix foamy yeast mixture with melted butter, egg, and salt. Add flour gradually until soft dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the filling.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture, and add blueberries.
- Tightly roll the dough into a log and slice into 10-12 pieces, placing them in a greased baking dish.
- Cover the rolls with a towel and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
