Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine oat flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until mixed. Add melted butter and honey/maple syrup, stirring until a soft dough forms, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the dough.
  3. Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log from one short side, pinching the edges to seal.
  4. Cut the log into 8-10 slices about 1 to 1.5 inches thick. Place slices upright in a greased baking dish.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 18-22 minutes until golden brown. Check with a toothpick.
  6. Cool in the dish for about 5 minutes. Drizzle with toppings and serve warm.
