- Combine oat flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl until mixed. Add melted butter and honey/maple syrup, stirring until a soft dough forms, about 2-3 minutes.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick. Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the dough.
- Carefully roll the dough tightly into a log from one short side, pinching the edges to seal.
- Cut the log into 8-10 slices about 1 to 1.5 inches thick. Place slices upright in a greased baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake rolls for 18-22 minutes until golden brown. Check with a toothpick.
