For the Caramel
  • 1 cup Butter (Sweet Cream Salted) Can substitute with unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar Can swap with light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
For the Sweet Additions
  • 1 cup Mini Rolos or Regular Rolos
  • 1 cup M&M Candy Various colors
  • 1 cup Pretzel M&M's

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Pop the popcorn using your preferred method and place it in a large bowl.
  2. While the popcorn is warm, sprinkle it with salt and toss gently to distribute.
  3. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until fully melted.
  4. Add light brown sugar to the melted butter and stir until combined and smooth.
  5. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and let it cook for about 4 minutes without stirring.
  6. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract, mixing well.
  7. Fold and mix the warm caramel into the popcorn until evenly coated.
  8. Spread the coated popcorn onto a lined baking sheet and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
  9. Once cooled, sprinkle with Rolos, M&M's, and Pretzel M&M's, and gently toss to combine.
