Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash 3 ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl, then whisk in 2 large eggs, 1 cup of brown sugar, ½ cup of vegetable oil or melted unsalted butter, ¼ cup of molasses, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, ½ teaspoon of baking powder, ¼ teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of nutmeg, and ¼ teaspoon of cloves.
