Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the Yukon gold or red potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes. Grease the bottom of your crockpot with olive oil and add the potatoes.
  2. Drizzle potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir to coat the potatoes evenly.
  3. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Coat with garlic Parmesan sauce.
  4. Layer the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes in the crockpot, distributing evenly for balanced cooking.
  5. Cover and set the crockpot to low heat for approximately 6 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
