Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your Blackstone grill to medium-low heat, around 350°F. Allow the griddle to heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Drizzle a generous amount of vegetable oil onto the griddle and spread it evenly.
  3. Add the frozen peas and diced carrots, sautéing for 3-5 minutes until softened.
  4. Pour the lightly beaten eggs onto the griddle and scramble for about 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
  5. Add the shrimp to the griddle and sauté for 1-2 minutes until pink and opaque.
  6. Pour cooled, cooked rice onto the griddle and add sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  7. Continue sautéing the mixture for 3-4 minutes until the rice is heated through.
  8. Serve immediately from the griddle while warm.
