Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, orange zest, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Fold in most of the dried cranberries, reserving a few for topping.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly. Top with reserved cranberries and more orange zest.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firmly set.
  7. Lift out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
