Step-by-Step Instructions for Strawberry Banana Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan lightly with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, thoroughly mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth. Chop strawberries into small pieces and set aside.
- Add ¾ cup of sugar, ½ cup melted butter, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and ½ teaspoon salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
