  2. Heat the Pan: Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat until it shimmers.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Add marinated chicken thighs to the pan, cooking for 5–7 minutes on one side until golden brown. Then, turn and continue cooking until no longer pink all the way through.
  4. Add Scallions: Stir in the white parts of the scallions and cook for 1–2 minutes until softened.
  5. Finish with Green Scallions: Add the green parts of the scallions and stir for an additional 30 seconds.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve hot, optionally garnished with additional black pepper or scallions, alongside steamed rice or noodles.
