- Prepare the Pan: Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, placing a layer of club crackers at the bottom.
- Make Caramel Mixture: Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter in a saucepan, then add graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, milk, and granulated sugar. Stir until boiling and thickened.
- Layer Bars: Spread half of the caramel mixture over the crackers, add another layer of crackers, pour remaining caramel, and top with another layer of crackers.
- Make Chocolate Topping: Combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Pour over the last layer of crackers.
