Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch until smooth and fully combined. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and sauté for about 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and toss in chopped broccoli, sliced bell peppers, and snow peas. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Return cooked shrimp to the skillet, pour the prepared sauce over the mixture, and gently stir for about 10 seconds until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions and optional sesame seeds or cilantro, and serve hot.
