  1. Begin by mincing 3 cloves of garlic and chopping 3 tablespoons of fresh parsley. Set these aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 pound of ground turkey, 1 egg, the minced garlic, chopped parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into patties about ¾ inch thick.
  4. In a skillet, heat 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat until hot. Ensure oil coats the bottom.
  5. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes without moving. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for 1 minute.
  7. Assemble the burgers by toasting buns if desired. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, add lettuce, tomato, a turkey patty, and the top bun.
