Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add 3 cups of mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted, about 2-3 minutes. Incorporate food coloring.
  2. Fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated. Transfer to a greased baking dish to cool slightly.
  3. Melt and mix remaining color batches (burnt orange, gold, sage green, etc.). Adjust food coloring to achieve desired shades, this should take 15-20 minutes.
  4. Once cool enough to handle, use a leaf-shaped cookie cutter to cut out treats. Press mixture firmly into cutter.
  5. Allow shaped treats to cool completely at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
