  • 2 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal ensure it's fresh

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat for about 2 minutes until fully melted.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously over low heat for 3-4 minutes until fully melted.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in several drops of food coloring until desired shade is achieved.
  4. Gently fold in the Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Allow mixture to cool for about 5 minutes.
  6. Roll about 0.6 ounces of the mixture into balls; repeat until all mixture is formed.
  7. For variations, repeat with different colors.
  8. Place bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
