  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat (about 450°F).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle and poke holes across the surface.
  3. Lightly spread vegetable oil on the grill and place the rolled dough; cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Whisk the eggs until combined and scramble them on the grill for about 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
