- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Sift together baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and flour in a large bowl.
- In a stand mixer, beat butter and sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add pumpkin and eggs to the mixture, and mix until well blended.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop batter onto the sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for about 12 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
- Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Once cookies are cool, frost each with cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
