Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Sift together baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and flour in a large bowl.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat butter and sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add pumpkin and eggs to the mixture, and mix until well blended.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop batter onto the sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Once cookies are cool, frost each with cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
