Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for S’mores Bark
  1. Line a 10x15 inch rimmed baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
  2. Melt 1.5 cups of milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Pour onto lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
  3. Melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips and mix in 1 cup of marshmallow fluff until smooth.
  4. Spread the marshmallow layer evenly over the chilled milk chocolate layer.
  5. Crumble graham crackers and sprinkle them over the marshmallow layer, pressing gently.
  6. Melt the remaining milk chocolate chips and pour over the graham cracker layer. Spread gently.
  7. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours or until completely firm.
  8. Remove bark from the baking sheet and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
