Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by slicing the beef sirloin into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick, to ensure even cooking.
  2. In your crockpot, begin layering the sliced beef strips along the bottom, then add the thickly sliced bell peppers.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, minced garlic, ground ginger, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the beef and peppers, stirring lightly to coat.
  5. Cover the crockpot and set it to low heat; cook for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch or flour with water and stir it into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes.
