- Grate the yellow squash and squeeze out excess liquid using a clean kitchen towel.
- Combine the squeezed squash with shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into bite-sized tots and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the tots for 22-25 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Prepare the garlicky yogurt dip by mixing Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped parsley in a bowl.
- Once the tots are baked, let them cool slightly before serving with the dip.
