- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, finely chopped dill pickles, and garlic powder. Stir the mixture well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Scoop out small portions of the cheese mixture and form them into bite-sized balls, roughly the size of a tablespoon, and place them on the baking sheet.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over each formed bite and gently press them onto the surface for added crunch.
