- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Whisk until evenly blended.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss each piece in the flour mixture until fully coated.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until shimmering.
- Fry the chicken for approximately 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, stir in honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Return the fried chicken to the skillet and toss gently in the honey butter sauce.
- Serve immediately on a platter.
