Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry thoroughly using paper towels.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the seasoning mixture over the chicken thighs and massage it into the skin and meat.
  5. Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs skin side up on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). If needed, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
