Steps
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for approximately 3–5 minutes.
- Slice the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in half horizontally to create four evenly-sized cutlets and pat each cutlet dry with a paper towel.
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on both sides of each chicken cutlet.
- In a shallow bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Press each mayo-coated cutlet into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides thoroughly.
- Carefully place the coated chicken cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the tops of the chicken cutlets lightly with olive oil and air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
- Once done, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
